What this quote means is that when you do right you live right and all the bad things will be taken care of and you won't have to worry about all the bad things that happen to you in the past. Just always do right and choose the right and you will live very good. So what this means is that if you do good ‘karma’ good karma will protect you..If you were to grow old being a CTW person then people would only feel bad for you and might not help you out. People would remember all the CTW actions you have made and use an example of  how not to act.
